Common ingredients: Gelatin (bovine/fish), sugar, icing sugar, corn starch, salt, lemon juice, water

Vanilla marshmallows: 100% pure vanilla extract
Salted caramel marshmallows: House-made caramel (contains butter and cream), 100% pure vanilla extract
Lemon marshmallows: Lemon juice, lemon rind
Passion fruit marshmallows: Passion fruit juice
Orange ginger marshmallows: fresh orange juice, orange rind, ginger

Ingredients (drinks)

Hot cocoa mix: Dutch-processed cocoa powder, icing sugar, cinnamon, salt

Ingredients (honey graham crackers)

Flour, butter, brown sugar, honey, milk, wheat bran, wheat germ, baking soda, salt

Shelf life & storage (marshmallows)

Orange ginger marshmallows – approx 40 days from date of production (room temperature).
Vanilla, Salted caramel, lemon, and passion fruit marshmallows – approx 80 days from date of production (room temperature).
Store in cool and dry place for optimal shelf life. Shelf life can also be extended if refrigerated.

Honey graham crackers: 6 months from date of production.
