∙ Vanilla marshmallows: 100% pure vanilla extract
∙ Chocolate marshmallows: Valrhona cocoa powder, cinnamon powder
∙ Lemon marshmallows: lemon juice, lemon rind
∙ Rose marshmallows: organic rose water, beetroot juice, 100% pure vanilla extract
∙ Passion fruit marshmallows: passion fruit juice
∙ Stout marshmallows: stout
∙ Salted caramel marshmallows: homemade caramel (contains butter and cream), 100% pure vanilla extract
∙ Pandan+salted caramel marshmallows: pandan juice, gula melaka sauce (contains coconut milk)
∙ Orange ginger marshmallows: fresh orange juice, orange rind, ginger powder

Shelf life & storage (marshmallows)

∙ Rose, stout marshmallows – approx 40 days from date of production
∙ Chocolate, pandan+salted gula melaka, orange ginger marshmallows – approx 50 days from date of production (room temperature).
∙ Vanilla, lemon, passion fruit, salted caramel marshmallows – approx 75 days from date of production (room temperature).

Store in cool and dry place for optimal shelf life. Shelf life can also be extended if refrigerated.
